Police in Rajasthan's Sriganganagar district have uncovered a major conspiracy and arrested a suspect planning a bomb blast. The suspect, identified as Akashdeep, was taken into custody after extensive investigation and surveillance.

Police investigations have revealed that the accused, Akashdeep, was receiving instructions from a Pakistani-based don, Shahzad Bhatti. It is being reported that this don was luring young people into his network with the aim of spreading instability in India. Akashdeep had become part of this network and was instructed to prepare for attacks in various parts of the country.

The accused conducted recce of suspicious locations not only in Rajasthan but also in states like Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab. He recorded videos of these locations and sent them to his handler to determine locations for potential attacks. According to the police, these videos may be related to sensitive and crowded areas.

After his arrest, police examined the accused's mobile phone and other digital devices, revealing several crucial clues. Chats, videos, and other data revealed that he was in constant contact with foreign countries and following instructions.
