Jodhpur.
An inspiring story has emerged from Jodhpur district, Rajasthan, proving that even limited resources and family circumstances cannot deter strong determination. Coming from a humble background, Asha Chaudhary not only made her parents proud but also brought glory to the entire region by scoring 93.20 percent in the Class 12 Arts stream.
The father's eyes filled with tears of joy, saying, "I am illiterate, but my daughter has brought glory to my name."
Asha's success created an emotional atmosphere in her family. Her father, Premaram Chaudhary, who is not educated himself, became emotional after seeing his daughter's results. He said that although he and his wife, Babu Devi, are not educated, they have always pledged to provide a good education to their children.
He explained that he never involved his daughter in household responsibilities so that she could focus solely on her studies. Today, the results of that hard work are evident.
Discipline and regular studies became the key to success
A resident of the Basni Tambolia Mata Ka Than area of Jodhpur, Asha is the eldest of her siblings. She attributed her success to a disciplined routine and consistent practice.
Asha woke up early every morning to study and revise the topics covered in school throughout the day. She believes that regular revision and quick understanding of difficult topics are the keys to good results.
Guidance from teachers and sacrifice from family became a support
Asha attributed her achievement to the sacrifices of her parents and the guidance of her teachers. She said that her school teachers guided her every step of the way, which continually boosted her confidence.
Also, she considers the habit of sleeping on time and waking up early in the morning as an important reason for her success.
Now the dream is to join the administrative service.
Asha's goals don't end there. She wants to continue her studies and enter the administrative service. She says that with hard work, dedication, and consistent effort, any goal can be achieved.
