Kota/Etawah: A tragic road accident in the Etawah police station area of Kota district, Rajasthan, turned a joyous atmosphere into mourning. Just four days before the wedding of his younger sister, the elder brother died in a road accident, leaving the entire family in deep sorrow.

The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning on the Chambal River bridge on the Baran-Lalasot State Highway 120. Two bikes traveling head-on collided violently. The impact was so severe that the young men riding both bikes were thrown into the air, tumbled about 10-12 feet, and collided with the bridge railing.
Identification of the deceased and injured
In the accident, 21-year-old Shivam Meena , a resident of Kota Khurd (Bundi), died on the spot. Akshay Meena (24), a resident of Kishanwas (Etawah), and Bhim Singh Gurjar , a resident of Sawai Madhopur, who were riding the other bike, were seriously injured. Both were referred to Kota after first aid.

It is being reported that the deceased, Shivam, was busy preparing for his younger sister's wedding, which was scheduled for April 19th. He was traveling to the Sheopur area of Madhya Pradesh to pick up his elder sister, but the tragic accident occurred on the way.
