An unprecedented atmosphere has been created across the state regarding the inauguration of the refinery to be built in Pachpadra, Balotra district, Rajasthan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the much-anticipated HPCL Rajasthan Refinery on April 21, 2026.
