What are the new ticket refund rules?

1. Before 72 hours
On cancellation of tickets , you will get almost full refund after deducting minimum charges.
That means passengers will get relief as before.
2. Between 72 and 24 hours
Cancellation charges will be 25% of the total fare.
The remaining amount will be refunded
3. Between 24 and 8 hours
Now 50% fare will be deducted
That means you will get only half the money back.
4. Less than 8 hours before train departure
No refund will be given (Zero Refund)
